Design Services

Our design services begin by actively listening to your needs, ideas and concerns. We mesh these with our experience and product knowledge to create an outstanding custom design. We will answer all of your questions and give you our honest opinion of the advantages and disadvantages of various design components. We understand cost may be an issue for you and we make sure you understand how your design choices affect those costs.

Installation

After your project has been designed to your specification, we have the capability of providing complete installation of the project. Our installation services range from simply installing one of our products to managing your entire project. We take care of the headaches while you enjoy your new living space.

Delivery & Pickup

All of the products sold, serviced and installed are delivered to the project location by our own trucks and personnel. Our service includes removing all excess materials and waste products. Delivery personnel are trained in the proper method of handling our products.

Service & Repairs

We have a number of trained technicians to service all the products we sell. We will handle any warranty issues, and more importantly, it will be our technicians who come out and correct any problem that has occurred with a product or the installation of the product.

Maintenance

We provide both the products and knowledge to keep all of our outdoor products in good condition. We stock a full line of maintenance products for most applications and we can provide full scheduled maintenance.
